Zintel Australia is looking for a motivated Team Leader to lead our growth and retention team. In this role your key accountabilities would be:
- Drive growth of revenue from our existing customer base.
- Maximise retention of customers in the portfolio (minimise churn targets)
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve growth and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement robust and scalable processes that will ensure we exceed our customer’s expectations.
- Train a team of account managers on new product, sales process, marketing campaigns, as they are developed.
- Work in a matrix fashion across the Zintel organisation to ensure delivery of excellent customer service and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
