We are seeking an ambitious, tenacious and highly motivated Service & Implementations Team Leader to provide leadership, support and mentoring to assigned team members to drive for improved performance and overachievement in workflow and service levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Provisioning of and support for both complex Inbound, Mobile and Fixed Wire services.
• Service delivery processes – ensure and improve service to the internal and external customers.
• Provision moves, adds and changes for complex services in a timely and efficient manner ensuring customer and expectations are met.
• Provide support and backup where needed to the Customer Service and Provisioning consultants.
• Ensuring that all departmental paperwork is up to date, including the filing of all customer paperwork.
• Maintain service level agreements within the department in accordance with the carriers and internal policies.
• Provide all monthly and weekly churn activity reports within the team and for providing these to management.
• Manage the completion of the UID’s and Data Integrity reports to ensure a seamless and an on-time bill run.
• Weekly reporting to management on customer, installation, faults and customer service issues.
