Desktop Support Officer
We currently have an exciting Desktop Support/Administration position available to commence immediately. You will join a committed, friendly team within this major corporate client providing remote support to users throughout Australia.
This is a busy environment supporting over 1500 users at various levels, with issues ranging from PC, Server to LAN.
Suitable candidates must have proven 2nd level Service DeITW/Desktop Support experience, within a Windows NT / 2000 environment with skills in providing application support, system administration of NT4 and 2000 (Active Directory) and Exchange 5.5 and/or 2000. Citrix and/or other remote administration experience is essential. It is also desirable that you have worked within a large user support environment (minimum 500 users). With the level of service currently offered by this team, your target will be to resolve the majority of issues before escalation. You will find this role to be challenging, yet rewarding.
Initially a 3 monthcontract with the option to extend.
