Corporate Service Desk Supervisor
HELP DESK SUPERVISOR - PERMANENT POSITION - CANBERRA BASED - $$ NEGOTIABLE...
Our client currently has a vacancy for a Corporate Help Desk Supervisor to commence as soon as possible in a permanent position based in Canberra. The corporate service desk is a 24/7 supported IT service desk for a number of clients and is supported by a team of Level 1 and 2 Analysts.
The key responsibility within this position is to meet the agreed service levels and assist in meeting contractual obligations.
To be considered a suitable candidate for this role, you will be a motivated individual who has proven organisational skills with experience in completing monthly and ad-hoc reports, rostering and performance appraisals. You will have previous experience leading a team and an excellent knowledge of IT and MS Office Suite, as well as an understanding of ITIL (desirable).
CANDIDATES MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS DUE TO THE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE.
