Test Manager - $100K+ (neg. on experience) b>

This role will have you leading several projects and managing all aspects of the testing environment including processes, technologies, human resources and stakeholder management (internal and external).
To be considered for this excellent opportunity you will have relevant industry experience ideally within Banking and Finance.
As an expert in your field, your skills and ability will reflect:
At least 3 years Test Management experience
Solid understanding of all types of testing: System, Integration, Regression, Performance, UAT, SAT
Strong People management abilities (coaching and mentoring)
Team Leadership skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Solid understanding of the SDLC including testing and support
Proven Project management skills
Knowledge of testing methodology and tools
Outstanding communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive abilities necessary when dealing with other teams and departments
