Leading IT Outsourcer has an immediate need for a Test Manager responsible for the delivery of testing services (User Acceptance Test & Business Readiness Test) for a major release within an existing programme of work currently underway. The Test Manager has direct responsibility for ensuring the quality of deliverables in developed solutions and ensuring the delivered solutions meet the technical and commercial needs of the business.

On a day-to-day basis the Test Manager will be responsible for managing the testing demand from multiple concurrent streams within the programme. The Test Manager will be involved in all phases of testing including scoping and estimation, planning, execution, reporting and analysis.

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrable previous experience in a similar similar role as well as:- Minimum three years test management experience with telecommunications products/services and end to end processes including the successful delivery of testing services as test project management services in the mobile environment.
- Management and delivery of multiple concurrent streams of testing within a large scale IT programme
- extensive experience in managing quality assurance and software testing in large scale integration projects
- experience managing multiple vendors in professional environments
- Understanding of billing and provisioning systems and concepts
- Experience with more than one of the following key platforms: Siebel; VMS; Unix; GSM Architecture; Telco Billing Solutions (i.e.GSMIS; Arbor; CASS) ; Weblogic; Mobile Network technologies; WCDMA.
- Experience with Mercury testing tools

Initial 6 month contract $75-$80/hr. Immediate start required!
