Senior Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to join a dynamic team in an established Service Centre adopting ITIL principles.
Are you a dynamic, passionate Senior Service Desk Analyst looking to progress to desktop support with experience supporting customer bases of 2000 or more? If so, Australia's largest Bank has an outstanding, career-growth contract role on offer with potential to convert to permanent.
The successful candidate will have an exceptional customer service focus and have proven experience providing 1st & 2nd level technical support in a MS Windows 2000/Notes/Citrix environment. Importantly, you will have a strong customer focus & actively monitor the escalation & resolution of problem, including desktop resource management & deployment.
To secure this role you will have the following capabilities;
A minimum of 3 years experience providing IT support in a Service Desk environment utilising ITIL.
Proven experience supporting MS Windows 2000, XP, Lotus Notes & Citrix for an enterprise organization of 2000 users +
Proven experience with desktop, LAN & peripheral device support - printers, PDA's etc.
Strong knowledge of imaging (Ghost) desktop build process
Experience using Help Desk software to manage work load, escalation & change management - REMEDY
Previous experience supporting financial services customers in-house or for an outsourcing arrangement will be HIGHLY regarded
