HELPDESK - FIRST LEVEL
IT HELPDESK ROLE - FIRST LEVEL - 3 MTH+ CONTRACT - NORTH RYDE - GLOBAL IT COMPANY
YOU MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE.
Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst with excellent telephone skills, who can provide 1st Level IT support to clients via telephone, email and fax.
To be successful in this position you will possess superior customer service and communication skills with a good technical background.
You should have 1 to 2 years' previous Helpdesk experience, and experience working within a large, corporate environment would be a definite advantage. The technical environment supported includes:
- Windows NT/ 95/ 2000/XP
- MS Office applications
- MS Outlook
- Lotus Notes
You should have a proven track record of customer service, & an accredited technical training qualification, for example, TAFE Certificate IV.
