Large Financial institution...Project Manager ...3 month contract... up to $600/day!This role will involve 2 projects, a relocation as well as the coordination of the Recording Project as detailed below.
The Relocation project is occurring due to the refurbishment of the current premises. New infrastructure needs to be installed, and current infrastructure needs to be relocated inside our clients lease premises. The building works is being completed in stages - the major timing required is that our client's current lease expires at the end Feb 2007, and staff need to be moved from these premises by that date.
Our client's compliance and quality requirement is to install voice recording of inbound, outbound and transferred calls and screen capture by function.The Compliance Recording project will accomplish this by utilising existing solutions within the environment where applicable and new solutions that can be leveraged across the company where possible. The solution will take into account the relocation to new premises.
Skills required include: - Certified in Project management methodologies (ITIL, PMBOK etc)
- Large enterprise environment experience
- Ability to work across multiple projects at the one time
- Ability to work well under pressure and the ability to manage deadlines
- Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
- Excellent Management skills
You may be involved in other projects as requested. The Successful candidate will have had experience in both Infrastructure and Voice projects.
