Test Manager

An outstanding opportunity has just become available with one of Australia's leading financial institutions.

Due to explosive growth, new projects are starting up all over the company so this role is sure to keep you busy!

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Test Manager will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 testers and test leads and coordinating resources to perform testing activities.

You will also monitor the end to end testing schedule to ensure delivery of testing within budget and schedule.

As an expert in your field, your skills and ability will reflect:

At least 3 years in a Test Management role

7+ years Testing experience

Experience managing medium to large testing programs and projects

Solid understanding of Testing methodology and concepts

Strong command of testing tools such as the Mercury suite (Test Director)

Excellent Team leadership

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Solid understanding of the SDLC

Strong Project Management abilities

Defect management and vendor management experience
