A leading web conferencing business is seeking an IT all-rounder to handle web development and Windows support in a busy project based environment. The company is based in Brunswick, Victoria and currently operates across Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

The role will see you working in an international team providing organisation and support in preparation for web-conferencing events. You will also handle website development/maintenance to implement our online strategy. Basic training will be provided.

Requirements

• Pleasant and clear English phone manner with exceptional customer service
• A strong understanding of Windows 98, NT, 2000 and XP and PowerPoint.  Experience with Windows networking (dialup internet, modem & DSL Broadband) will be viewed favourably
• Hands on skill in trouble-shooting computer hardware & software issues
• Familiarity with HTML and PHP is an advantage
• Experience with Content Management Systems such as Joomla will be highly regarded, but is not necessary.
• Punctuality and an ability to learn fast
• Living close to the Brunswick region would be highly advantageous.

You will be required to work approximately 15-20 hours a week. 

Attendance at the office is required and you must have an internet enabled computer at home for emergency assistance.
