Systems Engineer Description: To provide high level pre/post–sale technical support for our client's customers and partners in the region, train and assist local partners, perform professional services and network audits and participate in the company’s worldwide support operations.Reporting to Sales Territory ManagerRequirements:

• 5+ years experience as a technical support engineer(pre and post sale) preferably for a vendor of networking LAN/WAN products (such as routers, switches, firewalls, network management, VoIP solutions, ..etc.) preferably to ISPs and large enterprises, and/or high level solutions (system integrator, consulting and implementation of networking equipment etc.)
• Experienced in supporting customers and partners.
• Hands-on experience with network devices, test devices and software.
• Education: A Bachelors degree/equivalent is highly desirable.
• Professional Knowledge:Strong background in IP technology and infrastructure including routers, switches, FWs, ..etc
• Unix / Linux proficiency
• Experience in network management tools and software
• Experience with database management – an advantage.
• Working with CRM or trouble ticketing system
