PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY - TEAM LEADER - FINANCIAL SERVICES APPLICATIONS - CBD BASED

Our client is seeking a Team Leader to provide leadership activites for a medium sized team and act as 2IC to the Development and Support Manager.

This is a hands-on role and responsibilities will include:
- leading a team of 11 in the support and enhancement of a number of financial services appplications
- planning the day-to-day workload and ensuring delivery
- looking at the big picture and future projects / workload
- working on a number of upgrades and migrations and coordinating releases
- writing requirements, business cases, schedules and project initiatives

This is a newly created role and to be considered, you must have experience in all of the above plus the following:
- successful background as a Senior Business Analyst with some technical knowledge
- team player, process oriented, relationship builder
- financial services experience is desirable although not essential.
