1st Level Helpdesk - Japanese & English Speaking
Our client is looking for a 1st level Helpdesk Consultant who is fluent in written and spoken Japanese and English for a 12 month contract based in West Pennant Hills. Hourly rate is up to $29.62 per hour
This role will be providing application support in a Windows, MS Office and Lotus Notes environment by phone and email. You will need to have strong communication, problem solving and team work skills. Previous helpdesk experience is required. You will need a car for this North West Sydney location. Shifts will be between 7am and 11.00pm Monday to Friday to provide support for different geographic locations
