Immediate start for 1st level Helpdesk position with large client based in Parramatta. Initial 4mth contract.
Supporting this large site in addition to various sites throughout Sydney, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, switched on individual who has previous experience working on a busy 1st Level Helpdesk. MS Windows & Novell experience
ESSENTIAL.
Key accountabilities for sucessful candidate include:
- First point of contact for all technical problems.
- Log all calls into the CRM system and use the system to track requests and meet SLAs Track and escalate problems to comply with customer service requirements (SLAs).
- Provide technical phone support to internal customers within New South Wales.
- Perform system administration (passwords, access permissions and account management) in conjunction with the Service Continuity team, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform remote access support and administration.
