Our client is a start up company providing transactional data services. They work with organizations across a wide spectrum of industries including Service, Retail, Mail-Order and Charity, helping them to better collect, clean, manage, augment, pool and model their transactional data via their Data Management Suite of tools and services. The company has been created by a team of industry leaders who together bring over 30 years experience in targeting, segmentation and data cooperatives into play.
We require a technical writer to take responsibility for documenting the transactional data tools that have been developed as the IP of the organisation. We would expect the successful candidate to have strong experience in developing technical documentation - in a way that can be evolved in the future. You will also require a technical background and be able to read and understand SQL queries and executables.
