Leading Funds Manager requires a Team Leader to manage a team of Business Analysts within a Business Systems group. You will be responsible for the recruitment oversight, development and mentoring of a team of BAs, facilitiating the production of quality analysis and business deliverables.

A key part of this role is being involved in improvement iniatives and therefore experience in a range of methodologies and analysis techniques is essential. Financial Services experience is not necessary providing you have the above skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills, self motivation and the ability to lead by example.

We need a minimum of 5 years BA experience coupled with either some experience as a BA lead, or BA team leader. This is a competitive package with decent bonus structure (that is actually paid out!).
