1st/2nd Level IT Service Desk Support
Leading Financial Services team is looking to hire a couple of additional helpdesk analysts to work within a busy and dynamic team. You will be looking for an opportunity to utilise your existing helpdesk skills (first level, with some exposure to second level) and move into an organisation that sees the helpdesk as a first step to a career in IT. With excellent communication skills and a desire to build a career you will have a minimum of 2-4 years large site commercial helpdesk experience. You will be used to taking approx 30-50 calls per day, working with a call logging system (preferably heat) and owning the issue through to resolution, working within a Microsoft Wintel environment.
