Our client needs a number of First Level Support Analysts to service their blue-chip clients providing first level technical support primarily via telephone, with some email and fax support.

We are really focussing in on not only your technical skills, but also your commitment to excellent customer service, your enthusiasm, and your clear, strong communication skills.

Previous Helpdesk experience, and experience working within a large, corporate environment is a definite advantage.

The technical environment supported includes:
- Windows NT/ 98 / 2000 / XP
- MS Office applications
- MS Outlook
- Lotus Notes
