Delivery Manager/Programme Manager
A role exists for an experienced Manager to lead the IT project delivery stream. This is a senior role in a team with a headcount of 50. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Management, Business Analysis and Test teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Accountability for project delivery outcomes
Stakeholder expectation management
Programme oversight
Ensuring compliance with project methodology
Mentoring & leadership skills
Implementation & Integration planning & management of development projects
Risk management
Resource & IT pipeline management
Managing teams of 10 - 30
To be successful in this role, you will have :
Proven IT project management experience across a range of technical platforms, with a mix of business and technology focused projects
A strong appreciation of key business drivers
Experience with financial markets is essential for this role.
