RELEASE ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE MANAGER
A Release Organisational Change Manager is needed to coordinate business change impact analysis. Responsibilities include:
Liaising with training and communication release managers, change agents, area managers and clients
Building effective relationships and negotiating with stakeholders and partners
Evaluating change outcomes
Candidates must possess the following:
Experience in organisational change
Project Management experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment
Highly developed research skills
Highly developed written and oral communication skills
