My client has created this new senior role to head up a team of Business Analysts as well as strategic technical resources in order to establish the all important bridge between the business and IT. Key responsibilities will be to drive the gathering of requirements, and to create solutions and manage them so that end results meet the business requirements. Exceptional interpersonal skills are required as well as excellent Insurance experience to gain credibility with the Business Managers.
Business Analysts reporting to this role are accustomed to working aligned to systems and it will be the responsibility of the Business Solutions Managere to utilise the BA's excellent depths of knowledge but also broaden their focus to look across the systems. Excellent knowledge of SDLC is required and also an ability to define and streamline the processes and documentation involved.
