As the key technical resource to the Software Development Division you will be required to develop and maintain documentation for the company's suite of software products. You will assume ownership of the documentation function across multiple teams and projects, ensuring that all products are consistently of high quality in both their presentation and content, and are delivered on time.
Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years experience as a technical writer in a development environment.

Strong written English and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to present and edit information in a clear and concise way.

Impeccable spelling, grammar and attention to detail,

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good time management skills.

Excellent skills in using software tools to develop and produce documentation.

Good understanding of single-sourcing and content reuse principles.

Experience in developing training materials.

Good understanding of the software development life cycle.

Specific tools knowledge: AuthorIT, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, SnagIt, Adobe Captivate; HTML and CSS all highly regarded

Degree in IT/Telecommunications, Business, or Communications or equivalent.
