A challenging and rewarding management position exists with one of Australia's largest banks. As a test manager you will draw upon previous experience within the mainframe space leading a team of up to 30 individuals on numerous medium to large projects across the full lifecycle of system testing.
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in an IT discipline and have solid commercial experience.
Our ideal candidate will offer the following:
At least 7 years experience in all aspects of testing
At least 5 years in managing development and support teams in a Mainframe environment
Outstanding communication skills with strong influencing and negotiation abilities
Project Management and Finance experience an advantage.
The successful candidate will be subject to a background and police check.
