Service Delivery Manager
6 month contract - CBD based role
Our client is a customer outsourcing company specialising in the development, implementation
and operation of CRM and billing applications to service the Telco, Utilities and Finance sectors. They currently have a requirement for a contract Service Deliver Manager to work as part of their IT team. The position will ensure that Information Technology services are delivered to business requirements and service level agreements.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will:
Liaise with relevant business stakeholders and subject matter experts in relation to post-sales service delivery
Liaise with clients and customers in relation to IT Service Deliverables
Support and provide information to the Client Liaison Manager regarding pre-sales work and potential solutions and service levels Performance monitoring and alignment of IT deliverables to business client's KPI's
Educate and solicit buy-in to process and system improvement initiatives for IT service delivery
Liaison with and management of external benchmarking and process improvement organisations
Direct and mentor service delivery staff
To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Applied Computing
Minimum five years experience working in the IT industry
Experience in metrics collection and interpretation
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
Sound Project Management skills
