Our client is seeking a SAP R/3 and NetWeaver Security Analyst to work closely with the Application Development and Delivery teams and to be accountable for all assigned tasks related to SAP R/3 and NetWeaver system security, as well as on-going support, maintenance and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
·Design, build and maintain SAP R/3 and NetWeaver application security and user administration
·Provide on-call Security Support and on-going support/maintenance of SAP security
·Troubleshoot security issues
·Profile and Authorisation administration
·Maintain Role/Position matrix
·Create and maintain detailed security policies and procedures
·Produce ad hoc reports
·Develop hierarchy design to support new business needs
·Develop and maintain detailed project plan for the security process area where needed
·Ensure that the SAP security solution technically integrated with other systems
·Provide assistance in testing existing and new security requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
·Minimum 2 years of SAP R/3 Security experience
·Minimum 2 years of SAP R/3 Security experience
·Minimum 3 years experience in Information Management
·Hands-on Security Administration in SAP R/3 and NetWeaver environment
·Knowledge of SAP R/3, BW, HR, SRM and SAP Portal security administration and structure
·Working knowledge of profile generator
·Understanding of SAP, ASAP implementation methodology
·Demonstrated ability to interface with technical, functional and business users
·Strong analytical and problem solving skills
