Our client provides managed services for a variety of clients across Australia. They are currently going through a period of rapid growth and look to be joining some of their competitors at the top as a leading IT outsourcer.
The role :
As the Supervisor of this expanding Service Desk it will be your responsibility to provide a Service Desk that operates according to the ITIL disciplines and processes and meets the customers business needs. It will be your responsibility to add value to the customer and ensure incidents are handled effectively within the team.
Skills and experience :
-Proven experience supervising a Service Desk
-Strong customer service focus
-Staff development, mentoring and motivating
-Success in fast paced environments
-Computer literate with sound problem solving skills
-Experience troubleshooting Microsoft products
-Good understanding of LAN/WAN
-Technical knowledge or network hardware
