Your key responsibilities will include setting up the companies testing framework, running the test cycle, creating test strategies and test plans and managing a variety of projects.

The quality and strength of clients products and recent successes mean they are growing at a tremendous pace and we have an outstanding opportunity for a Test Manager to join this successful and respected organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up the companies testing framework, running the test cycle, creating test strategies and test plans and managing a variety of projects.
Your experience will include;
Experience with the implementation of testing framework, test management principles and methodologies.
Solid understanding of IT and project management principles and tools as well as the System Development Lifecycle.
Experience in leading test teams and reviewing in-house testing strategy, driving change as required.
Sound verbal and written communication skills.
Confident clear communicator effective at shaping key relationships across all levels of business.
Manage test documentation and perform test execution activities in accordance with project schedules and test plans.
A sound understanding of the establishment and application of testing tools. eg Rational Test Manager or Mercury products would be highly advantageous.
After a 12 month period and the successful implementation of the testing framework, you
will work towards gaining the opportunity to pursue your chosen career, whether it is Project Management or Test Management.
Future opportunities also exist for you to move within the company either here or overseas.
