This large government department is seeking a dynamic Interface Designer with a strong background in User Centred Design Practices, to take on exciting new projects.The Successful candidate you will have:
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the execution of User Centred Design practices within the web interface design field.
Demonstrated competency in the development and application of standards within the web interface design field.
Ability to gather and prioritise requirements and develop interface designs based upon those requirements.
Ability to deliver web based interfaces that comply with government and industry standards.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work with limited supervision within a specific project team, while remaining connected to the Interface Design Team and working within and contributing to existing and new processes.
Apply sound research, analytical, communication and liaison skills.
Have knowledge of and commitment to the principles and practices of workplace diversity, participative work practices and occupational health and safety.
