This large government department is seeking a dynamic Interface Designer with a strong background in User Centred Design Practices, to take on exciting new projects. The Successful candidate you will have: 

• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the execution of User Centred Design practices within the web interface design field.
• Demonstrated competency in the development and application of standards within the web interface design field.
• Ability to gather and prioritise requirements and develop interface designs based upon those requirements.
• Ability to deliver web based interfaces that comply with government and industry standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work with limited supervision within a specific project team, while remaining connected to the Interface Design Team and working within and contributing to existing and new processes.
• Apply sound research, analytical, communication and liaison skills.
• Have knowledge of and commitment to the principles and practices of workplace diversity, participative work practices and occupational health and safety.
