National General Manager Sales

Exchange, with a network across six capital cities and is extending this
overseas and is serving some of Australia's
largest enterprises including banks, government agencies, content, internet and
service providers.
As part of the management team reporting
directly to the Managing Director the General Manager will;
Manage the National sales team and State Sales Managers
Monitor the direction of sales trends and growth.
Evaluate and mentor team performance.
Continue to recruit the sales team.Develop sales strategies.
Co-ordinate with Marketing Team
Forecast to management.
Ideally the candidate will also have knowledge of infrastructure, storage
and disaster recovery solutions and products.

They are looking for an experienced sales person to manage a given set of enterpriseaccounts in which to achieve targeted sales revenue and growth goals.
You will need strong cold calling, prospecting, presentation, communication and writing skills.
The following experience would be ideal:
Circa 6 -8 years sales experience with at least 3 years enterprise sales experience.
Knowledge of and experience in the I.T. industry
Proven ability to build relationships and effectively sell to senior executives and CxO’s of top 100 companies.
Proven skills in the areas of strategic account planning and development.
