Two Russian cosmonauts and an American billionaire who developed Microsoft Word and Excel are onboard the spacecraft bound for the International Space Station. They were launched at night from the Bailonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.

The three members of the crew are ISS Expedition 15 commander Fyodor Yurchikhin, flight engineer Oleg Kotuv, and American businessman Charles Simonyl.

The spacecraft is scheduled to dock with the space station on Monday, at about 3:12 p.m. EDT.

Spaceflight participant Simonly will stay at the space station for about 13 days before returning to the Earth with Expedition 14 crewmembers.
