Ellipse is an integrated enterprise asset management suite aimed at the government, utilities, mining, transport and defence sectors. Axis is a hosted system that integrates internal business systems with trading partners, e-marketplaces, or other intermediaries. "This new software will allow QBuild to improve workforce planning and scheduling, as well as putting in place mobile technology solutions. Better information and management will mean better response times," said Robert Schwarten, Minister for Public Works, Housing and Information Technology. Mincom CEO Richard Mathews said "This is a significant win for Mincom It is also a testament to our commitment to Queensland and follows on from our solid footprint working with public sector organisations in Australia." Mincom is one of the world's largest asset management software companies.
