Redman joins McAfee from EMC, where he held the position of vice president of Asia Pacific. In this position, Redman had responsibility for the field operations of EMC Software Group across Asia Pacific and Japan. This includes successfully merging companies such as Documentum and Legato into the EMC Software group. Prior to EMC, Redman was general manager of Rockwell Electronic Commerce and held positions at Lucent Technologies and Fuji Xerox, with roles in marketing and general management. Redman holds a diploma in A/S engineering and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie University. He is also a member of the Nobel Laureates Advisory Board, and is an associate lecturer in the MBA program at the University of Technology, Sydney.
