Yes, it’s true. My ISO disk burning experience has earned me the dubious honour of being inducted into the Linux Hall of Lame. It also earned me an interview with one of the most well known Norwegian Linux bloggers Karl Øie which now features on his website Lamers TV. Read it and weep. It also appears that I’m now known in the Ubuntu (or possibly the entire Linux world) as Stan “ISO” Beer – possibly the dumbest IT journo ever to burn a Linux distro disk! Ah well, I guess that’s the price of fame – sorry I mean lame. One final thing, before you get mad at me (or cry with joy) for not posting any Linux stories on Monday and Tuesday, please cut me some slack because I’ll be at a conference for those days.{moscomment}

I’ve been too busy the last couple of days to do much Linux work. I promise to do a lot more on the weekend and tell you all about it if you happen to be interested. Meanwhile, in case you didn’t know I’ve won my first Linux award – Lamer of the Month!
