With Yahoo being the most trafficked site on the Internet, the deal should increase the reach of job advertisers substantially, and enable to take advantage of Yahoo's ad delivery technology, including RSS feeds. For Yahoo, the deal enables the brand to reach into local small business markets that it has not yet been able to penetrate.
