The name iPhone was a speculative name coined by the media. The fact that Cisco's Linksys division has launched a portable Internet phone called iPhone does not affect the likelihood of an iPod phone eventuating. After all, every single portable music player device in the iPod range has been prefaced by the name "iPod". So surely a more likely name for an iPod phone would be something like iPod Talker or iPod Speaker or iPod Speakeasy or simply iPod Phone? {moscomment}
