Runge boosts management team |

Runge, an Australian company providing mining software and consulting services globally, has announced three key appointments to its management team. Scott Henderson has been appointed general manager of software development. He joins Runge with over 15 years software experience spanning numerous industries. Henderson previously worked at SecurityMail as part of its senior management team. Michael Scott joins as general manager of human resources. Scott has over 10 years of senior management experience and is also the owner of a QLD based human resource consultancy. Previously he was general manager for Queensland at TMP Advertising and Communicationand has also held roles with Caroll Consulting, Dunhill Management Services (now Robert Walters) and helped to set up the Queensland operations of Monster.com. Kevin Holm returns to Runge as mining consulting manager. Previously, he was a principal adviser in Rio Tinto's Operational and Technical Excellence group (OTX). Prior to that he worked as a mining consultant and a project manager with Runge.
